-- Preliminaries
What is an intention?
What makes an intention manifest?
How can we follow through when we have barriers to our intent?
What does visualization have to do with it?
How can we achieve things well if we expend the energy in the imaginal realm first?
What does collaboration mean?
How can we best share our dreams with others?
How can we help others to get their goals met, and thus enlist help for our own?
-- Guided Visualization about your intention: intro session.
1. Choose a goal. Just one. Simplify it.
2. State your goal clearly to yourself as efficiently and effectively as possible: I will walk you through that process... a - choose a key word to describe the outcome. b - use an action word to facilitate your work in the world. c - name a helper spirit to guide you or work alongside you (don't choose a person you know unless they already said they were up to the challenge - an archetype will do, they can show up in unknown ways). d - do not focus on the time limits or space or resource limits. Focus on what can be made possible once you plant your seed of intention - what comes next, which door opens for you here?
e - allow it. give permission, send up a prayer of gratitude.
Here is an example of these five steps at work: It is good to write up a rough draft first, because we can be rather vague and fumble through run on sentences when we are working out what it is that we want to intend and attend to.
"Thank you, spirits of creativity, for allowing the best alignment of opportunities and synchronicities in my life and our shared world, in order to foster a sense of ability and motivation stemming from the way I have paid it forward in the world, and continue to do so, because I know that the best outcome for me is sharing a cosmos with others who agree to manifest a collaborative process by which all needs are met, all beings are safe to have gifts and to use them, and everyone thrives: I work toward a little piece of land near my home where I can do one iteration or microcosmic pattern, each day, in some way, by learning and growing into a role of leadership and opportunity creation. "
3. SO narrowing it down to something useful for meditation, I could say instead:
"Thanks, Muses, for collaborating toward leadership opportunities that are safe and abundant. I work toward an ideal cosmos through my participation."
4. And finally, in order to make it an effective mantra or chant, we narrow it down a third time.
"We inspire, we lead, we are safe, we are whole, we change, we grow, we create and we know."
-- The Process of Co-Writing an Intent for our Community and/or Cosmos
Let's make one up together, using this process, and then I will lead you into the meditation where we can use it in a shared experience.
- What are your first ideas about your intentions today, from this point where you are at now?
- how would you improve upon those, making them very clear and succinct?
- do you have anything in common with the intentions of others, or do you have a niche that they have not expressed that needs to be elucidated rather than combined?
Keyword/Intent: Let's list all of our separate intents.
Action/Workflow: Let's narrow it down to a few action points we can share/ each/all perform for each other.
Helper/Guide: Is there one archetype we all resonate with, or a pair or few we can agree to call in?
Opportunity/Door: What do you see collaborating accomplishing for us?
Thanks/Permission: Is everyone in agreement that we can take our meditation to this magical place together?

-- THE VISUALIZATION
Imagine yourself sitting quietly in a place you find safe and comfortable, or energizing and uplifting. It is your choice where your place of power is.
Walk forward into the most beautiful or strong or good feeling location is, in that space.
At the place you come to, I want you to remember a time in your past where things were right. Take a special memento of a memory from your life, a time when you were feeling like things were going your way and you were honoured in that ability and abundance of actualization, and hold it up in front of you here. If it is a photo or painting or other artwork or relic, place it somewhere in a station of high regard nearby. Know that you can come here any time and remember that inner power and outer help.
Walk farther into the scene, exploring it, arranging things how you would like them better, there are no impossibilities, all things can be just right for you here. Who is with you? What are you wearing? What does it smell like? How is the temperature? Use all of your senses to describe the scene to yourself as though you were telling a story to a grandchild about a time and place in your history. Use very descriptive language to yourself and make sure what you see becomes more vivid and vibrant with each word you think of. Name the blessings of your space.
Now it is time to sit down comfortably in your spirit space, your place of power has a seat for you. A seat that might be a chair or throne or stone or pillow or log by a fire or a bench in a park or a car where you are the driver... wherever you are, sit and be in your power as we chant our chant together.
"" - the chant we decided on - 9 times ""
Now each of you state your action point for manifesting your goal, we can go around the circle sunwise, naming the person to our left...
While people say their truth, please visualize in as much detail as you can, the person achieving this practice today, and make a commitment to do your intent action as soon as possible after we conclude the session with a callback. I will start the action circle.
>>. "Today I learn by reading spiritual books and practicing the exercises in day to day life" What do you do today, *so-and-so*?
The call back and return - thank the space, wiggle fingers and toes, open your eyes.
Debrief : would you like to share your experiences with the guided visualisation by email or by call at all? please do.
